Processing will also be managed by specially trained and instructed personnel. Communications will be managed through newsletter communication platforms provided by Intuit Inc. 6. COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
Your data will be communicated to specifically identified subjects. In particular, strictly related to the purposes described in point 3, your data will be disclosed to:
• Authorized internal personnel at Bonamici Racing;
• Entities providing services for IT system management and telecommunications networks, including email, newsletter, and website management, such as Holocron S.r.l. and Aruba S.p.A. These entities will act as Data Processors appointed under Article 28 of the GDPR.
7. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your data will be retained no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, in compliance with the GDPR's data retention limitation principle. Specifically, your data will be retained for the duration of the newsletter service until consent is withdrawn.
