Consent in Compliance with GDPR

In accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "Regulation" or "GDPR"), which repeals Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that the personal data you voluntarily provide to BONAMICI RACING S.R.L. (hereinafter "BONAMICI RACING" or the "Data Controller"), VAT No. IT 01151530571 – with registered office at Via Vocabolo Verzieri Snc, 02046, Magliano Sabina (RI), Italy, will be processed in compliance with the applicable laws on personal data protection and the principles of confidentiality that guide the operations of Bonamici Racing.

DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is Bonamici Racing S.r.l., represented by the legal representative pro tempore, with registered office at Via Vocabolo Verzieri Snc, 02046, Magliano Sabina (RI), Italy – PEC: bonamiciracingsrl@pec.it.
PERSONAL DATA
The processing will concern the following personal data: contact details such as email, phone, and technical information (IP addresses, cookie data).
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The processing of your personal data will be aimed at sending communications with medical-technical content and/or technical interest ("Communications for Technical Purposes") and/or marketing activities, meaning promotional material, communications regarding products offered and/or sponsored by Bonamici Racing via automated means such as email, phone calls, and/or other informational materials.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The processing of your data for the purpose indicated in point 3 is based on your specific consent, which you are free to grant or deny and may revoke at any time.
METHODS OF PROCESSING
The processing of your data will be carried out using appropriate paper or electronic and/or telematic tools, in compliance with the legal provisions on personal data processing, adopting adequate security measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. The processing of your data will also be managed by specially trained and instructed personnel.
The sending of communications will be managed through communication platforms for sending newsletters from Intuit Inc. Following your consent to receive communications, your identifying data will be stored on their servers; for further information, we invite you to consult the privacy policy at https://www.intuit.com/privacy/.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION     OF DATA
    Your data will be communicated to defined subjects. Specifically, within     the limits strictly relevant to the purpose indicated in point 3, your     data will be communicated to:
    • Internal personnel at Bonamici Racing who are duly authorized;
    • Subjects providing services for the management of the information system     and telecommunications networks, including email, newsletters, and website     management, such as Holocron S.r.l. and Aruba S.p.A. Those belonging to     the aforementioned categories will act as data processors appointed     pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your data will be retained for a period not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed, in full compliance with the principle of data retention limitation provided by the Regulation. Specifically, your data will be retained for the duration of the newsletter service until consent is revoked.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
    With respect to your data, you have the right to request from Bonamici     Racing, in the manners indicated by the Regulation:
    • access, in the cases provided;
    • rectification of inaccurate data and supplementation of incomplete data;
    • deletion of data for the reasons provided, such as when they are no     longer necessary for the purposes indicated above or are not processed in     compliance with the Regulation;
    • restriction of processing in the cases provided, such as when the     accuracy of the data is contested and verification is needed;
    • data portability, meaning the right to receive, in the cases provided,     data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to     transmit such data to another data controller;
    • objection to processing in the cases provided.
    We remind you that you may unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time by     selecting the "unsubscribe" option at the bottom of each     received newsletter. From that moment on, you will no longer receive     newsletters from Bonamici Racing.
METHODS OF EXERCISING RIGHTS
You can exercise the rights mentioned in point 8 by contacting us via email at info@bonamiciracing.it or sending a letter to Bonamici Racing S.r.l. at Via Vocabolo Verzieri Snc, 02046, Magliano Sabina (RI), Italy.
The exercise of rights is, in principle, free of charge, except for the right to request a fee in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests (even repetitive).

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
Your data will be stored at the Bonamici Racing headquarters and on servers located within the European Union.
